Below are the requirements for GHOST of Pinellas. If you do not meet these requirements, please do not send in the online application for membership. These requiremets were established by the management team of GHOST of Pinellas to ensure the protection of this organization.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a mutual/common interest in the paranormal.
- Must live in or around the Pinellas County area. These areas include: Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Pasco County, Hernando County or Manatee County.
- Must be willing to investigate claims of the paranormal in a professional manner and keep an open mind while investigating.
- Must be able to stay up late into morning hours.
- Must have a positve and respectful attitude towards the client and other GHOST of Pinellas members AND while participating in ANY GHOST of Pinellas functions.
- Must be willing to "disprove" any claims of the paranormal in a respectful manner.
- Must dress in a presentable/professional manner. (Baggy clothes will not be tolerated; pants too low and/or revealing clothing will not be tolerated.)
- Gang insignia of any kind will not be tolerated. (Includes clothes and/or tattoos with gang affiliated symbols.)
- Must have own transportation and/or ride.*
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a G.E.D.
- Must be able to assist with evidence analysis and researching a location.
- Must be willing to set-up equipment such as infrared cameras, audio recorders, etc.
- Must not have a criminal record of ANY kind.*
- Must abide by ALL rules and/or local laws.
- Must be in good standing as a citizen of the community.
- Must be willing to pay $20.00- $35.00 for a GHOST of Pinellas member t-shirt.**
- Must be willing to pay montly dues for membership to cover cost of new equipment etc.***
- Must be free of illegal drugs. Tobacco of any kind is prohibited during ANY GHOST of Pinellas investigation.
* Final determination will be made by the Founder and/or Co-Founder on these requirements.
** Shirts will be worn during all GHOST of Pinellas investigations.
*** Member dues go directly to the GHOST of Pinellas treasurer into our bank account. Founders of GHOST will never profit from member dues. GHOST of Pinellas members will vote as to what equipment will be bought with their paid dues.
